- All support tickets will initially be answered within 60 minutes and full support provided shortly afterwards.It should be noted that priority access to this service will only be provided to those paying members who have purchased one of our Support Subscription packages.
- We never give canned responses as we do not employ third party support staff, other than those employed by our Affiliate Partners, whose experience in this field is exemplary. All tickets go directly to Costa Network staff, who will assess the level of support required and who have who have server access, allowing them to find out what the problem is and resolve it as quickly as possible.
