As more and more people are using computers and discovering the power of the internet, there becomes more and more demand for computer skills training. There are many companies and individuals delivering excellent computer training courses for all levels of experience, whether through face to face tuition or online. We are not in the business of competing with them.

  • We will provide simple tuition from the complete beginner to the advanced user on a whole range of computer and internet topics.Many people for example simply do not know how to find there way around a Windows or Mac based computer system, and in not doing so, do not realise the full potential of the machine or software at their disposal. Simple things like, 'How to Use Skype', or 'How to attach a Priner', 'How to Use Microsoft Office', or 'How to Send an Email', things that a lot of us take for granted when we use our computers.

 

  • We listen to what our client wants, and devise a simple training regime to help them overcome their particular issue. We can either do this face to face or through a distance learning setup where we will remotely connect to the customers computer, and whilst they are sitting at their computer we will talk them through their issue, remotely controlling their computer as if they themselves were doing so.

 

  • We use a powerful utility to provide this standard of learning which does not require any software to be downloaded on the clients own computer. We use a server based solution through our Affiliate Partners - Logmein, who are world leaders in remote access technology. It is in fact the same system we ourselves use to remedy any computer or internet problems clients experience, without the need for a technician to visit the client, therby cutting down costs for everyone concerned.
